Hi!
As some people might know, Fatboy Slim’s second album “You’ve Come A Long Way Baby”, is going to be 10 years old in november. Air and The Crystal Method have released 10th anniversary special editon versions of their albums, and It would be a good idea if they celebrated 10 years of one of the greatest Dance albums of all time.
I personally think they should do a 2-disc special edition of the album with a DVD with all the music videos and a documentry or a second disc with B-Sides and obscurities.
If anyone agrees with this suggestion. Please let me know
Rory :gig:

19 May 2008 at 17h12 #12877It would be extremely cool for die hard fans such as ourselves but I doubt Skint would do it, probably because they wouldnt make any money. Plus all the videos are on the Why Make Videos dvd as well but i’d still like to see a new documentary/interview with Norm solely about the album.
Sorry don’t wanna sound dead negative…it would be awesome and your right, it definitely is one of the most important dance albums ever made!
Let’s hear it for the little guy!!!!

http://www.juno.co.uk/ppps/products/326677-01.htmCD2 has all the B-Sides from YCALWB, and also that track with Eve on it, and the Northen Soul cover of Kraftwerk’s Radioactivity he did last year, and Lounge Island too :good: .
Shame it hasn’t got Satisfaction Skank or Slim Tomatoes too. I Love those tracks.

Perhaps the Skint-crew will also listen to your other suggestions ;-) -
